Everything in our universe is radiating energy, from the biggest mountain or ocean, to the tiniest blade of grass, to each individual cell in our body. All of our cells emit energy in different ways, and different cells will emit different kinds of energy depending on where they are located within the body and what their job is.
There are seven main chakras: four in our upper body and three in our lower body. The upper controls our mental, emotional and spiritual state. The lower controls our physical, intuitive state. All of the chakras contribute to our overall well-being. If the chakras are not balanced there cannot be balance within us, emotionally, physically, or spiritually.
How Does a Chakra Work?
A chakra operates like a ball of energy interpenetrating the physical body. The chakras themselves are not physical; you can’t see them on an X-ray. They are aspects of consciousness, and they interact with the physical and energetic body through two major vehicles, the endocrine system and the nervous system. Each of the seven chakras is associated with one of the nine endocrine glands, and also with a particular group of nerves, called a plexus, making them important elements in healing. Thus, each chakra corresponds with particular parts of the body and particular functions within the body controlled by that plexus or that endocrine gland, which is they key to understanding how chakra healing methods work.

Vision boards help you creatively think about what you really want in life and serve as a visual reminder of your goals and dreams.

I will be there to share a bit more about ways to manifest your goals and dreams and see what is truly available to you once you get out of your own way. So let's get creative juices flowing, so you can manifest your goals and dreams!
Supplies will be provided but if you have something specific you want to on your board or use anything besides a poster board (ie. notebook, cork board, picture frame, etc.) feel free to bring your own!
Enhancing Your Life in Surprising Ways
Reiki is the Japanese word for Universal Life Force Energy and is an energetic healing method.
Universal life force within the Human body is vibrational energy. It is commonly understood that during stress and illness, energy that usually flows through the body can become depleted, blocked, and unbalanced. Reiki helps raise, replenish and rebalance that energy. Reiki promotes relaxation, a sense of peace, security and well-being that promotes self healing. It involves the transfer of energy from practitioner to client to enhance the body’s natural ability to heal itself through the balancing of energy.
Usui Reiki Level 1
Level 1 Pre-requisite: A desire to awaken your innate ability to heal and return to a place of balance, harmony & peace.
What you’ll learn:
The class is a combination of lecture, discussion, demonstration and practice time. You will receive four First Degree Reiki Attunements, which will allow the Reiki energy to flow through you. This ability lasts throughout your lifetime! You will learn the history of Reiki and the Reiki precepts, how to ground, center, and protect your energy as well as an introduction to the chakras, protocols and hand positions for providing Reiki to yourself, as well as how to share it informally with family, friends and pets. There will be plenty of time for hands-on practice.
A comprehensive Usui Reiki manual and Certificate of Completion are included.

Usui Reiki Level 2
Level 2 Pre-requisite: To qualify to take this class a student must have taken Reiki I and practiced Reiki I for at least 3 months.
What you’ll learn:
This class teaches you how to enhance the power of the Reiki you share, specifically address mental and emotional issues, and send Reiki from a distance. It will be a day of learning and practice to support and enhance your own experience of Reiki, as well as your ability to be a channel of healing for others in more specific ways. You will receive the Usui Reiki Level 2 attunement, learn three Reiki symbols and how to use them effectively, practice giving Reiki treatment to others with guidance and supervision, practice giving long-distance (or absent) Reiki.

Usui Reiki Level 3
Master Reiki Training
Level 3 Pre-requisite: To qualify to take this class a student must have taken Reiki I and II practiced Reiki II for at least 6 months. Students are expected to know the Usui Reiki Level 2 symbols by memory and have a daily Reiki practice in some form.

What you’ll learn:
Take your Reiki journey to the next level to deepen your own experience of the healing energies, and add more powerful tools to your Reiki toolkit. With the attunement and practice of new techniques, it is sure to be a deeply healing day and open the door to new possibilities for your work and life! You will learn the Usui Master symbol and advanced Reiki techniques in this one-day class. This will include the Master class where you learn how to teach and attune others. is a separate class weekend in this case.
